The Thai version of Red Bull is also the original version of red Bull, discovered by a European Business man on a visit to the Far East during the 70's. It kept him awake and wired during many business trips so he decided to license and then eventually buy the rights for the product.
This version smells the same, the same colour and vaguely tastes the same. The biggest difference is that its flat rather than carbonated like the rest of the world version, it as the consistancy of cough mixture, very sweet and as a kick like a mule, after one of these bottles you wont sleep for ten hours!
One bottle is the prefect amount to mix with a large vodka!
The best difference is the cost 10bht which is about 13p, thats just 10% of the cost of the UK equivilant. One day I drank three because I felt groggy, 36 hours later I finally fell asleep and managed to bring my heart rate down below 100bpm.
