Thailand one Matlock
We went out this evening to the new Thai restaurant in Matlock, we got there around 7pm and it was
CLOSED
Doubt we'll go back there then!!!!!!

First of all, don't call me an idiot! You posted as "Anonymous"! If you are not brave enough to post with your name, then don't bother. We call that cowardice in the UK. At no point in the post did I say if I knew they were closed. I tried to get telephone number for the restaurant, unfortunately no operator service had their number. I phoned the Lincoln branch up and spoke to a woman who didn't know they had a restaurant in Matlock. If I had of known the restaurant was closed, would I have set out? Duhh!!!!!!! You probably work at the restaurant, which means you have no business skills either! If I owned the restaurant I would have replied to my post by informing me that you are now open on sunday lunches and giving me a phone number. So who is the idiot? We had a lovely meal at the Big Buddha at Belper. My wife is Thai, and we eat out every week at a local Thai restaurant. Until I receive an apology for being called an idiot, I will never eat at Thailand 1, which means I will not be able to recommend the restaurant to my Farang Friends. Also for your information, the night in question, four couples were also waiting outside and weren't to happy to find out a restaurant wasn't open. I'm now going to do a post especially about the comment I received.
