General Sonthi Leader of the Military JuntaThere seems to be a few new crackdowns from the military Junta, nothing that is to harsh and hopefully this isn't them start of some more serious stuff.
Meetings of five or more people politically is forbiden.
No new political parties to be formed.
Several of thaksin cronies taken into custody.
There seems even more troops about today, probably consolidating their postions.
For how much I have criticised the British Embassy in Bangkok, they have kept me informed through email updates and seem to be keeping a level head.
As more revalations come out, i'll keep you posted.
